The mate to our flagship Directors Cut Shiraz - As with the films, the directors cut is regarded as the difinitive version – no compromises

After a year or two, it seemed strange to us that the Gipsie Jack lineup did not contain a varietal Cabernet Sauvignon wine – so here it is.

Homage is paid to Ben’s grandfather Maurice “Lenny” Potts, who started working in the family vineyards in the 1940’s. This wine is derived from the family’s premium estate grown 65-year-old vines.

This cabernet again illustrates tremendous fruit character with typical eucalyptus and chocolate mint characters.

We join you in the hunt for those elusive spices, that fascinate our palates and capture our imagination.  Wine should be an adventure.
